Everyware And Wellness Pet, LLC have contracted for Everyware to provide Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) services as a Third-Party Processor of ACH transactions as well as Real Time Payments (“RTP”) As a Payment Service Provider. Transactions will be placed through a financial institution used by Everyware On behalf Of Wellness Pet, LLC according to the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) ACH And/Or RTP rules And regulations. I understand Everyware cannot reverse a credit transfer once it Is complete And I must contact Wellness Pet, LLC to inquire about any ACH Or RTP transfer issues.
